Commissioning of Fire Alarm & Fire Hydrant System

Reliable Fire Safety Systems Engineered for Maximum Protection – By Seaara Universal

At Seaara Universal, we are committed to delivering comprehensive fire protection solutions through precise commissioning of Fire Alarm and Fire Hydrant Systems. We ensure that every system we install is fully operational, meets national and international standards, and is tailored to the specific needs of your facility.

Fire Hydrant System Commissioning

Design, Installation & Testing for Uninterrupted Emergency Response

Our Fire Hydrant Systems are meticulously designed to meet the safety requirements set forth by TAC (Tariff Advisory Committee) and other applicable standards. These systems provide the first line of defense during a fire emergency by delivering high-pressure water to affected areas.

Key Components of the Hydrant System
Ring Main Pipeline Network

The hydrant system features a closed-loop ring main designed using pressure loss calculations.

Ensures a minimum pressure of 3.5 Kg/cm² at the farthest outlet under all operating conditions.

Enables consistent water flow across the entire network in case of emergency.

Hydrant Outlets & Hose Boxes

Each hydrant point includes a hydrant valve compliant with safety and regulatory norms.

Outlets are equipped with Hose Boxes containing:

Two lengths of 63 mm diameter fire delivery hoses.

One standard branch pipe nozzle.

Hose Reels are included for riser installations, providing easy handling and quick deployment in multi-storey buildings.

Built for Industry Standards

All components are selected and installed as per TAC norms and best practices in fire engineering.

Our clientele includes ISO 9001 certified companies, government institutions, public sector undertakings, major industries, and educational establishments.

Diesel Engine Pump: Provides emergency backup in case of power failure.

Electrical Control Panel: Manages pump operation with automatic/manual controls.

Essential Accessories: Includes priming tank (optional), pressure switches, pressure gauges, and non-return valves for optimal performance and monitoring.

Addressable Fire Alarm System
Smart Detection, Precise Response – Powered by NOTIFIER, USA

As authorized design engineers for NOTIFIER (USA), Seaara Universal brings UL-certified, technologically advanced Addressable Fire Alarm Systems to your facility. Our addressable systems are preferred over conventional alarms due to their efficiency, scalability, and accuracy.

System Features & Benefits:

Precise Fire Localization: Instantly identifies the exact location of an activated detector or device.

Analog Addressing: Each device has a unique digital address for pinpoint identification and monitoring.

Cable Optimization: Uses a single loop wiring system, reducing overall cabling requirements by allowing multiple devices on one loop.

Integrated Alerts & Monitoring: Allows integration with building automation systems and remote monitoring panels for better control and coordination.

Rapid Detection & Response: Minimizes false alarms and ensures immediate notification during real fire events.
